These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Helix Kitchens mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Helix Kitchens("Helix Kitchens," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Kitchen Owners are responsible for managing the Manager and Staff roles within their organisation, including who has access to which kitchens.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned role or kitchen.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms' respective terms.

Data & Content

You retain ownership of the inventory, recipe, supplier, sales, and task data you or your organisation enter into the Service. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet food-safety, regulatory, or compliance requirements specific to your business — you remain responsible for verifying compliance with applicable food-safety regulations in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Kitchens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
